  Peter Salerno, CMKBD, has more than 25 years kitchen and bath design experience, as well as growing up in and around the cabinet industry. As owner and president of Peter Salerno, Inc., Peter maintains the highest standard of quality and creativity in all of his projects. Peter has been nationally recognized with 10 national awards from the NKBA (National Kitchen and Bath Association) within the past 5 years. In addition, Peter’s designs have been published in numerous magazines including Design New Jersey, New Jersey Home and Style, Luxury Living, The Robb Report, Woman’s Day and numerous trade publications. With a dedication to artistic authenticity, Peter hands draws all renderings based on client need as well as careful period research and design integrity. Peter believes that the client should play an instrumental part in the creative process, sharing ideas to help realize their own unique design. |

  Tracy has a BA in English Literature along with two degrees in secondary education. As office manager, she does the processing of orders as well as all accounts payable and receivable. Tracy has also written several articles for national trade publications. In addition, her design skills include coordinating colors and backsplash design. She helps clients in the area of wall color, tile, stone, and fixture selections. Tracy was co-designer on two award winning bathrooms. Tracy feels an owner’s unique personality should be reflected within the color palette, design elements and accessories chosen to create a one of a kind look.  |

  Theresa is a graduate of Berkeley College with an Associates degree in the applied science of Interior Design. Theresa has been an intricate part of Peter Salerno, Inc. for over 5 years. Theresa brings an additional 4 years of interior design and drafting experience as well a life long passion for art and architecture to every project. Theresa’s award winning renderings easily bring to life any design idea, enabling the client to see their dream space through detailed floor plans and meticulous hand drawings. |

  Anthony Passanante, AKBD, an award winning designer, specializes in sales and design. Anthony was nationally recognized by the NKBA with an award for one of his designs in 2005. He works closely with clients to ensure that the space is not only functional but also dramatic. Building client relationships is very important to Anthony, communication is a key element when working together. As a college graduate with an Interior Design degree, Anthony also worked as a carpenter for five years before becoming a kitchen and bath designer. This allows him to further understand the necessary union of construction and design. Anthony feels that certain artists create pieces of work for others to see and enjoy. He creates pieces of art for others to live in and enjoy. His designs have been featured in publications such as New York Spaces, Design New Jersey, Decorating Spaces, Designer Kitchens and Baths and trade magazines.. |

  Kimberly Hill, ASID, is a graduate of Berkeley College with an Associates degree in Interior Design as well. Kim was the president of her National Art Honor Society chapter and won several awards for her artistic designs. Kim has honed her artistic talents since childhood. Kim brings three years of furniture design and sales as well as over two years kitchen and bath design experience to each project.

  Ron has over 20 years experience in home remodeling as well as the cabinet industry. Ron is the head of quality control and is project manager. He ensures that the products used on your project have met the high standards of Peter Salerno , Inc. as well as making sure that the job is done in a timely manner. Ron has an extensive background in specialty finishing. All of his expertise translates into the end result, a beautiful and functional home for our clients.
